The foreign policy think-tank, the European Council on Foreign Relations, has released a useful report analysing the various positions taken on Palestinian efforts to obtain full UN recognition as a state.

The report concludes that “despite legitimate Israeli concerns, the arguments in favour of a solid and preferably unified European ‘yes’ are, in principle, decisive.”
